Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers, with windows rather than strict schedules.

Assignments typically range 12-20 hours per month, including merchandising, resets, audits, and display maintenance. You work independently, report via mobile devices, and are paid per project, with DailyPay available after enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, auditing, or customer service.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Proficient using mobile tech for reporting and documentation.
• Comfort with weekday daytime hours and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and presented correctly.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and accepted.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day of service.
