Job summary

SFS is a leading provider of retail merchandising, auditing, installation, and related services across the United States. We are growing our nationwide network of independent contractors to service some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will review client instructions, execute merchandising projects, perform resets and inventory checks, and report results via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
• Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access
• Active email address for project communication and reporting
• Ability to submit reports and photos on the same day work is performed

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented
• Travel between retail locations as needed
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed
