Job summary

SFS is growing and seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, supplemental income with the nation’s largest retailers and brands.

Projects range from 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month. As a contract merchandiser, you will review client instructions, execute merchandising projects, perform resets, stock, inventory counts, and reporting via mobile

Qualifications

• Merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting.
• Available for assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Active email address for project communication.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects per client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promo installations.
• Remove discontinued products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project reports and photos on the same day of service.
