Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This flexible role offers project-based pay and the freedom to set your own schedule while servicing major retailers.

Assignments typically average 12–20 hours per month, with opportunities to work across multiple markets. You will execute planograms, perform resets, audits, displays, and reporting via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
