Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule with projects ranging from 12–20 hours per month, serving some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands.

You will travel between retail locations, perform merchandising tasks, report results via mobile devices, and control your workload with client-approved windows. Join a leader in retail merchandising supporting Fortune 1000 brands.

Qualifications

Experience in merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service preferred.
Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using a mobile device for reporting and documentation.
Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
Flexible to travel between retail locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
Ensure displays are clean and accurately presented.
Travel between retail locations as needed.
Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day of service.
