Job summary

SFS is growing and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, supplemental income by servicing major retailers and brands with project-based work.

Assignments typically range 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month. Review instructions, execute merchandising projects, inventory counts, and reporting via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-location travel and reporting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as desired and accepted.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
