Job summary

Belk in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers, making product recommendations, and completing transactions. This hourly role supports store goals with friendly, proactive service.

You will maintain merchandise presentation, assist with stock replenishment, and collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate signage and clean fitting rooms, while staying informed on promotions and policies.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and achieving store objectives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology and Windows-based systems.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers with a welcoming attitude and personalized service.
• Apply suggestive selling techniques and provide product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas and merchandise presentation standards.
• Support store fulfillment, pricing, promotions, and product placement.
• Follow asset protection, safety guidelines, and inventory accuracy procedures.
