Job summary

Belk in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers select merchandise, make recommendations, and process transactions. This role drives sales and keeps store presentations engaging.

You will keep selling areas visually appealing, stay informed about promotions, and support store operations while delivering friendly, helpful service during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to move around store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
