Job summary

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, accuracy in checkout, and active participation in safety, merchandising, and loss-prevention programs. Applicants should be flexible and collaborative, with prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
