Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and standards.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
