BK Behavior is seeking a Joy & Progress Specialist / RBT for the Plainview area. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and record data. Flexible scheduling, including full remote options across the USA, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities
