Job summary

Bristlecone is seeking a Principal AI Solution Architect to lead the digital transformation of enterprise supply chains using AI. You will blend strategic architecture with hands-on prototyping and stakeholder management to deliver production‑ready AI solutions.

You will identify high-value AI opportunities across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Logistics; translate requirements into designs; develop PoCs; and build reusable AI assets that scale across engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Solution Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP/A2A).
• Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise solution architecture.
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to communicate with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Experience in Supply Chain, ERP, Manufacturing, or CPG domains is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with process and functional experts to identify high-value AI opportunities across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Warehouse, Logistics, and Aftermarket.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution designs, including agents, workflows, ML models, and decision intelligence.
• Rapidly develop PoCs and prototypes to validate business value and feasibility.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture covering AI models, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, orchestration, security, and deployment.
• Evaluate AI technologies, LLMs, ML techniques, vector databases, and cloud platforms for each use case.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare detailed functional and technical specs for production.
• Build reusable AI assets, accelerators, reference architectures, and agent catalogs.
• Support workshops and presales by presenting AI concepts, prototypes, architecture, and value.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and enterprise AI platforms.
