Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State license in good standing in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey processes and compliance is preferred but not required.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
- RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake and comorbidities.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, State and Federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
