Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition in a long-term care facility in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The role offers Monday-Friday schedules with flexibility and the opportunity to impact resident wellbeing.

You will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and educate residents, families, and staff while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and ensuring CMS/state regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian in good standing with state licensing
• Desirable knowledge of CMS/state regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Public health nutrition awareness is a plus
• Flexible, multi-site coverage understanding
• RD vaccination policy compliance may apply
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients nutrition needs and document plans in EMR
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and standards
• Provide coverage across multiple facilities as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
