Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will help residents achieve optimal health through evidence-based nutrition plans and collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team.

The position requires strong clinical knowledge, EMR documentation, and adherence to CMS/state regulations. Flexible schedules and opportunities for training and development are highlighted.

Qualifications

• RD license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and nutrition care plans.
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
