Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring for a Backup Receiver to join our store operations in Dallas. You will handle receiving paperwork, operate equipment like a pallet jack and forklift as trained, and ensure accurate product intake while keeping the receiving area clean and organized.

You will work with store leadership and vendors to resolve discrepancies, maintain safety standards, and support overall store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Report discrepancies to Managers and Buyers to rectify issues such as damages or shortages.
• Attend trainings and be able to use equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and forklifts.
• Communicate effectively with team members, store leadership, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming products and paperwork.
• Operate equipment safely (baler, compactor, forklift) as trained.
• Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area and maintain accurate records.
• Maximize sales potential through proper receiving procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to support store operations.
