Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Back-up Receiver in Leesburg, VA to handle receiving functions and paperwork while operating equipment such as baler and forklift.

You will ensure accurate inventory verification, maintain a clean receiving area, and support store operations in a fast-paced grocery environment. The role requires physical stamina, a flexible schedule, and effective communication with store leadership and vendors to maximize efficiency and accuracy in daily receiving

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Able to move products up to 60 lbs. and operate equipment safely.
• Attend trainings and obtain required equipment certifications as applicable.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment (baler, compactor, forklift) safely and according to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
• Report discrepancies to managers or buyers to correct issues such as damages or shortages.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.
