Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Backup Receiver to support fast-paced store operations, handling receiving duties, operating baler, compactor, and forklift, and ensuring accuracy and safety in the receiving area.

Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be reliable with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift 60 lbs, use a pallet jack, and perform basic math is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Be dependable and flexible to a schedule that changes with the business.
• Report discrepancies to Managers/Buyers to rectify issues.
• Attend trainings and be able to use necessary equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Capable of lifting weights up to 60 lbs and moving product up to 30 hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive products entering the store and verify accuracy against records.
• Operate receiving equipment safely (baler, compactor, forklift).
• Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area and organize supplies.
• Maximize sales potential through proper receiving procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and store leadership as needed.
