Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a dependable Backup Receiver to support accurate receiving of products and safe handling of equipment in a fast-paced store environment.

You will manage receiving paperwork, inspect deliveries, and help keep the receiving area clean and organized while meeting operational goals. Lifting up to 60 lbs and operating pallet jacks and forklifts are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs change.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math and use a computer for records.
• Willingness to use equipment safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and complete paperwork for deliveries.
• Operate machinery including baler, compactor, and forklift safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate discrepancies to managers and buyers to resolve issues.
• Assist in safeguarding inventory and support store operations.
