Job summary

My Team ABA seeks a dedicated RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and clinical teams to support progress.

The role emphasizes ongoing training and supervision, with growth opportunities toward BCBA and certification programs. A supportive, family-centered environment is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT certification required.
• 2–3 years’ experience as an active RBT.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Background check required.
• Knowledge of autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment training.
• Collect data and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team meetings.
