Job summary

Aim Higher ABA, a growing ABA therapy provider in the United States, is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join the team. This role offers meaningful work, strong clinical support, and growth within a supportive company, with supervision from BCBAs and a flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle.

RBTs will provide in-home, daycare, and community-based ABA therapy, work under BCBA supervision, and contribute to data collection and program implementation.

Qualifications

• RBT license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
