Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated RBTs to join a nationwide ABA team delivering in-home and community-based services across the USA. You’ll start part-time, set your schedule, and earn competitive pay with same-day access to wages.

Comprehensive onboarding includes six-month cohort training, CEUs, and ongoing clinical support. Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA services, data collection, and collaboration with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before starting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
