Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus mentorship, hands-on training, and access to benefits for full-time staff including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid sick time, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
