Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in team meetings and professional development to grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
