Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to monitor progress. We offer flexible, part-time schedules with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, quarterly bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
