PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, under BCBA supervision, using ABA-based plans and positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to physically assist clients up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
