Acclimate ABA in Utah (Orem) is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and collect data to track progress.

This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, a collaborative team with BCBA supervision, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional development. We value compassionate care and reliable transportation for client visits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
