Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under a supervising BCBA. Flexible afternoon shifts and a supportive team drive impactful care.

You will provide ABA therapy, collect data, and help children develop skills while receiving strong supervision and onboarding to ensure success for families you serve.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Interest in behavioral health welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
