Compleat KiDZ is hiring BTs and RBTs for part-time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic and home settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, with travel between sites as needed and a focus on compassionate, professional care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30 days
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required
