Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will help children improve communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role requires an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Travel between clinics and client homes is expected, with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willing to obtain
• Desire to work with young children facing behavioral challenges
• Reliability and transportation to travel between locations
• Must pass a criminal background check and have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required
