Job summary

Compleat Kidz is a fast-growing network of pediatric therapy clinics. We hire BTs & RBTs for Part-Time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings under BCBA supervision.

You'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, with training opportunities and a supportive team. Background check and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30 days.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.
