Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support students and schools. You will implement evidence-based interventions under BCBA supervision and help document progress in educational settings.

The role involves collaborating with the educational team, ARD meetings, and families to tailor Behavior Intervention Plans to IEP goals. CPR is required, bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification: RBT certification from BACB is required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Must follow Texas BHEC guidelines for educational professionals.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Monitor progress by collecting and documenting data.
• Support interventions aligned to IEP goals with the educational team.
• Collaborate in ARD meetings and with parents/teachers.
• Promote positive behavior and inclusive learning environments.
