Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to support students in Texas classrooms. You’ll implement evidence-based interventions under BCBA supervision and track progress to meet IEP goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred), current RBT certification from BACB, CPR certification, and adherence to BHEC guidelines. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Current RBT certification from BACB required.
• CPR certification required.
• Must adhere to Texas BHEC guidelines for educational professionals.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Monitor progress by collecting and documenting data.
• Support interventions aligned with IEP goals with the educational team.
• Collaborate in ARD meetings and with parents and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote positive behavior and inclusive learning environments.
