Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You’ll join a supportive team with flexible scheduling and proactive supervision, receive competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour, and have opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. Active RBT certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
