Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. As an Registered Behavioral Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You’ll receive strong supervision and onboarding, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour, with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. Join our supportive team and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
