Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work with children in home, school, or community settings.

The role offers flexible hours with a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand, along with mentorship and hands-on training in ABA therapy. Ideal candidates will hold an active RBT certification, have experience with ABA and related fields, and possess reliable transportation for local in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend meetings.
