Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Washington. This part-time role offers growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and hands-on ABA training in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to drive progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, or educational settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
