Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on a part-time basis with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA guidance to implement ABA-based treatment plans and track progress. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly $500 bonus for achieving 25 hours/week, holiday pay, and strong career growth toward BCBA certification, plus university

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
