Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands-on ABA training, and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
