Job summary

PBS Corp. is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and recording progress. The role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and benefits for full-time staff, with a potential path from RBT to BCBA.

Part-time positions are available with opportunities to become full-time as caseloads expand; travel to client homes locally is required and ongoing mentorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Reliability: high school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions and reliable transportation.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between positions, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
