Job summary

Budding Stars ABA in Silver Spring, MD seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver impactful ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work one-on-one, implement plans from our BCBA, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills in home settings.

Qualifications

• Requires active RBT certification (BACB) and strong communication skills.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong observation, data collection, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrates professionalism, compassion and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home settings.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately and consistently.
• Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using designated ABA software systems.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor and team to ensure client progress.
