Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and contribute to progress tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Adapt to home, school, or clinic settings as needed.
