Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring for Behavior Technician / RBT roles to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You’ll implement ABA programs under supervision, collect data, and help advance communication and social skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Interest in behavioral health and helping children.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification if not already certified.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• One-to-one work with children in home, school, or clinic settings.
