Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and participate in ongoing supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. Early-career candidates may receive assistance to complete RBT certification while contributing to meaningful client

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Experience with children and behavioral health is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under supervision.
• Follow treatment plans and data collection protocols.
• Support development of skills and positive behavior.
• Record progress and share updates with the clinical team.
• Work with children in home, school, or clinic settings.
