As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• If you love working with children and have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional, you may be an excellent fit for this role.
