Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under supervision and follow treatment plans, collecting data and sharing progress with the clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
