Acclimate ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, under BCBA supervision. The role requires active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills.

You will collaborate with a supportive team and participate in data collection, session notes, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
