Job summary

Aluma Care in Concordia, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children through evidence-based ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to track progress while collaborating with families and the care team.

The position offers flexible schedules, both part-time and full-time, with competitive pay ranging from $18 to $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
