Job summary

Aluma Care in Kansas is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under a BCBA-designed plan and track progress with families and teammates.

The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time options, and opportunities for certification and career growth, with a focus on compassionate care for children.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
