Aluma Care KS is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Andover, Kansas. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision and supports client progress with data collection and behavior plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
